Central National Gottesman Acquires JC Paper

Central National Gottesman, Inc. (CNG) has acquired JC Paper.

CNG’s acquisition of the Fremont, CA-based distributor expands its geographical footprint and client portfolio in Northern California and Nevada. Financial terms of the deal, which is slated to close at the end of the month, were not revealed.
