Central Sanitary Supply Purchased by IFS

Central Sanitary Supply Co. has been acquired by Individual FoodService (IFS).

IFS’s purchase of Central Sanitary Supply expands the company’s geographical footprint and product offerings in California and Nevada. Per the terms of the acquisition, Dave Martini, Central Sanitary Supply president will continue to lead and operate Central Sanitary Supply along with the existing team, Building Services Management reports. Financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.
