Cintas President Announces Retirement

J. Phillip Holloman, president and chief operating officer (COO) of Cintas Corp., announced his retirement effective July 31.

Holloman has held a variety of leadership positions during his 22-year tenure at Cintas. Following the announcement of Holloman’s retirement, Cintas has restructured its executive team. Todd Schneider, current president and COO of the company’s rental division, will move to the newly created role of executive vice president and COO. Michael Thompson, current senior vice president and chief information officer, has been appointed executive vice president and chief administrative officer. J. Michael Hansen, current senior vice president and chief financial officer, will become executive vice president and chief financial officer.
