Cintas Sales Director Honored by American Heart Association

The American Heart Association (AHA) has named Katie Gough-Edwards its 2022 Leader of Impact for Greater Cincinnati.
Gough-Edwards, Midwest director of sales for Cintas Corp.’s fire and safety division, earned the AHA’s top regional honor for raising more than US$37,000 in support of the association’s national corporate fundraising challenge. She was nominated for the recognition by Mark Carter, Cintas first aid and safety president.
“Katie is a game-changer for the first aid and safety division, as well as Cintas,” said Carter. “Her personal connections to heart disease and cardiovascular events, in addition to her influence and reach in our business, gave her the potential to be a tremendous force in this year’s Leaders of Impact campaign. I thought she was a natural choice to represent Cintas this year, and I’m so proud she represented Cintas and the American Heart Association so successfully.”
