CleanCore Merges With O-Z Tech Water
April 26, 2019The majority owner of CleanCore Technologies LLC, Burlington Capital, has merged the company with O-Z Tech Water.
The newly formed company will be known as CleanCore Solutions and will be headquartered in Omaha, NE. CleanCore Solutions will focus on developing environmentally safe, chemical-free cleaning technology. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
