Clorox Adds to Board

The Clorox Co., parent company of Clorox Professional Products Co., has appointed Paul Parker to its board of directors.

Parker has more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on investment banking and global mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development for Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

“Paul’s deep experience in finance, M&A and strategy will contribute important perspective to the board going forward,” said Pamela Thomas-Graham, Clorox lead independent director. “This expertise will be especially valuable as Clorox looks to build on its momentum and support its ambition of accelerating long-term growth.”
