November 25, 2020 Clorox to Invest $7.5 M in Durham County, North Carolina

The Clorox Co., parent company of Clorox Professional Products Co., is relocating its headquarters for its Better Health Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) business to Durham County, North Carolina, according to a press release from North Carolina’s Department of Commerce. 

The relocation will invest US$7.5 million and create 158 new jobs in Durham, which include: IT, management, marketing, sales, finance, and research and development personnel. According to the press release, all new positions will have an average annual salary of $123,310 which is more than $19.4 million per year.

“Clorox is grateful to be able to deepen our commitment to the North Carolina community, offering employment and investment during what is admittedly a difficult time for many,” said Matt Gregory, vice president and general manager of Health & Beauty.
