CMI Congratulates Recent Train the Trainer Participants

ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) would like to congratulate attendees of its most recent Train the Trainer program.

More than 40 cleaning industry professionals hailing from destinations across the globe participated in the course’s four weekly workshops, which consisted of virtual sessions, homework assignments, and online coursework. Attendees heard from guest speakers and industry peers through interactive group sessions and received valuable input on the design and implementation of their training programs. For the program finale, each participant was required to complete a video-based final exam in order to successfully ascend to the title of Certified Professional Trainer.

“While we can’t meet in person yet, we found a way to impact the pathway of industry professionals looking to advance their career,” said Brant Insero, ISSA Director of Education, Training, Certification & Standards. “We are so proud of each attendee, taking a program like Train the Trainer takes a lot of focus, energy, and time.  This is just the start of their journey and the team at CMI will stay with them the entire way.”

“For someone with no background in custodial work, I have gained a new respect for our team members and all professional custodians,” said Roy Bowman, SOLID Surface Care Inc. national manager. “For the Train the Trainer portion, this class provides a great foundation and springboard for those who take it.”
