CNG Acquires Premiere Packaging Industries

Spicers Paper, a division of Central National Gottesman, Inc. (CNG), has acquired Premiere Packaging Industries, Inc. (PPI).

CNG’s acquisition of the Cerritos, CA-based packaging supply distributor expands the company’s product offerings and geographical footprint. Per the terms of the purchase, PPI will continue to operate independently under its current name. Financial details were not announced.
