Colgate-Palmolive Co. has released the company’s 2019 Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Report.

The report, entitled “Building a Future to Smile About,” highlights the company’s ongoing sustainability efforts to reduce its environmental footprint, including cutting water use by half and reducing absolute carbon dioxide emissions and energy use by one-third.

Colgate’s study details the company’s new sustainability goal to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2040 and 100% renewable electricity by 2030. Colgate also aims to reach 2 billion children with oral health education, with the goal of a zero-cavity future.
