Colgate-Palmolive Purchases Two Skin Care Firms

Colgate-Palmolive Co. has expanded its product portfolio through recent acquisitions of two professional skin care brands.
Colgate-Palmolive has acquired PCA SKIN® from Norwest Venture Partners. In a separate deal, Colgate-Palmolive also has purchased EltaMD. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
