Cushman & Wakefield Secures Deal With Pioneer Natural Resources

Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded a facility services contract with Pioneer Natural Resources Co.

The deal calls for Cushman & Wakefield to provide a range of property management and facility services to Pioneer’s global headquarters, currently under construction in Las Colinas, Tex. The 10-story, 1.2 million-square-foot property represents the largest-ever single-building contract for Cushman & Wakefield in the Dallas metro area, Building Services Management reports. Financial details of the contract were not announced.
