Diversey Adds Two to Board

Diversey has appointed Selim Bassoul and Juan R. Figuereo to the company’s board of directors.
Bassoul has also been named chairman of Diversey’s board. He previously served as CEO and chairman of the board of directors for The Middleby Corp. from 2001 until his retirement in 2019. Bassoul also has served as director and the nonexecutive chairman of the board of directors of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. since February 2020.
Figuereo is currently a director and member of the audit and finance and investment committees at Western Alliance Bancorp and also serves as a director and chair of the audit committee at Decker Brands.
These appointments will bring the total number of directors on Diversey’s board to nine.
