Diversey Details Executive Transition

Diversey has appointed Carlos Sagasta and Gaetano Redaelli joint deputy CEOs.
Sagasta serves as Diversey’s chief financial officer, while Redaelli is the company’s global president. The two will retain their current duties while overseeing the day-to-day operations of Diversey until a permanent successor for Dr. Ilham Kadri is found. Kadri will work to ensure a smooth transition until she joins Solvay on January 1 as CEO and executive committee chairman.
