Diversey Launches New Corporate IdentityNovember 15, 2017
Diversey has announced a new brand identity and corporate logo.
Diversey was acquired by Bain Capital, LP from Sealed Air Corp. earlier this year in a US$3.2 billion deal. The new identity was developed in collaboration with London, England-based design firm BrandOpus and is intended to reflect Diversey’s established reputation in the global hygiene and cleaning marketplace.
According to Dr. Ilham Kadri, president and CEO of Diversey, the new brand strategy reflects the company’s aim to be “The leading global innovator, developer and provider of cleaning, sanitation and maintenance products, systems and services.”
