Diversey Recognized for Customer ServiceJanuary 31, 2020
Diversey has been named a recipient of the Customer Service Institute of America’s (CSIA) 2019 International Service Excellence Award.
In addition to being recognized within the “Division of a Large Business” category of the awards program, Diversey also improved its CSIA certification level from Gold to Platinum. The institute’s ranking is based on replies to a survey issued by Diversey to its customers following a service visit.
“Within just one year of becoming the first hygiene solutions provider to receive Gold Certification, we have further elevated ourselves to the highest possible designation with Platinum Certification,” said Jim Marks, Diversey vice president of hospitality and food service in North America. “This feat and the International Service Excellence Award would not have been possible without the dedication, expertise, and positive energy that our service specialists bring to their roles each day.”
