Diversey to Expand in Europe
October 9, 2017Bain Capital, LP, through its investment in Diversey, has acquired Zenith Hygiene Group Plc.
The purchase of the Welham Green, England-based manufacturer of cleaning and hygiene chemicals expands Diversey’s client portfolio and product offerings in Europe. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to be finalized early next year, were not disclosed.
