Dow Adds John Deere CEO to Board

Dow Chemical Co. has elected Samuel R. Allen, to its board of directors, effective August 1.
Allen currently serves as the chairman and CEO of Deere & Co., manufacturers of the John Deere line of agricultural equipment. He will join the corporate governance and compensation and leadership development committees of Dow’s board.
