Dow Among 50 Companies That Care

Dow Chemical Co. has been named to 2020 PEOPLE’s “50 Companies that Care” by Great Place to Work® and PEOPLE magazine.
People and the Great Place to Work teamed to analyze feedback from millions of employees worldwide on how their employer makes a difference in both their lives and in communities overall. This year’s survey specifically focused on how organizations dealt with the COVID-19 pandemic. Dow placed 31st on this year’s list.
“Dow’s focus during the COVID-19 pandemic has been on three areas: leveraging our innovation and technology to address critical supply shortages, reinforcing our commitment to resilient communities, and supporting Team Dow,” said Karen S. Carter Dow, chief human resources and inclusion officer. “We are honored to receive this recognition, and even in these uncertain times, we remain focused on our people and maintaining a culture of care.”
