Dow Announces Dividend Payout

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.70 per share.

The dividend is payable June 12 to Dow shareholders of record at the close of business May 29. This marks the 435th consecutive dividend paid by Dow or its affiliates since 1912.
