Dow Announces Quarterly Dividend Payout

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.70 per share.

The dividend―$2.80 annualized with a yield 5.07%―is payable September 9 to Dow shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31. This marks the 444th consecutive dividend paid by Dow or its affiliates since 1912.
