Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.70 per share.
The dividend is payable December 13 to Dow shareholders of record at the close of business November 29. This marks the 433rd consecutive dividend paid by Dow or its affiliates since 1912.
