Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend Payout

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.70 per share.
The dividend is payable September 11 to Dow shareholders of record at the close of business August 31. This marks the 436th consecutive dividend paid by Dow or its affiliates since 1912.
