Dow Details Dividend Payout

Dow Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.70 per share.
The dividend―$2.80 annualized with a yield 4.62%―is payable March 11 to Dow shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28. This marks the 442nd consecutive dividend paid by Dow or its affiliates since 1912.
