Dow Invests $5M in HBCUsNovember 19, 2020
Dow Chemical Co. has announced a US$5 million investment in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
Dow’s donation will provide programing and support of initiatives that develop the Black STEM pipeline. The investment will be seeded by a $500,000 contribution in 2020. Dow will follow that initial investment with an additional $4.6 million through 2024.

Carter, Dow chief human resources and inclusion officer. “This investment shows our commitment to strengthening and diversifying the American manufacturing and STEM pipeline and attracting a workforce equipped to lead our company into the future.”
