Dow Leaders Recognized for Fostering Inclusive Workplace
October 31, 2019Four members of Dow Chemical Co.’s leadership team have been recognized by OUTstanding, a professional network for LGBT+ executives and their allies.
Jim Fitterling, Dow’s CEO, and Louis A. Vega, the company’s president of North America and vice president of government affairs and advocacy for North America, were included in OUTstanding’s list of 2019 Top 100 Leading LGBT+ Executives. Fitterling placed third on the annual index while Vega was ranked 18th.
In addition, Alberto Pino, home care marketing leader for Dow Latin America, and Cory Valente, senior R&D manager for Dow Performance Silicones, were named to OUTstanding’s 2019 Top 50 LGBT+ Future Leaders.
