Eastman Chemical Announces Quarterly Dividend

Eastman Chemical Co. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.62 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$2.48 annualized with a yield of 3.03 percent―is payable April 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business March 15.
