Eastman Chief Legal Officer Announces Retirement

David A. Golden, senior vice president, chief legal and sustainability officer, and corporate secretary for Eastman Chemical Co., has announced his retirement.

Golden joined Eastman in 1995 as an in-house attorney. He has served in his most recent position since 2015. Clark L. Jordan, currently Eastman’s vice president of global trade and compliance and assistant general counsel, has been appointed interim chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
