Ecocleen Acquires Regency Cleaning Services

Ecocleen Services Ltd. has finalized its acquisition of Regency Cleaning Services.

The deal, valued at more than US$3.7 million, increases Ecocleen’s presence in the automotive and education markets and expands the company’s franchise network in the United Kingdom, European Cleaning Journal reports. Per the terms of the transaction, Regency Cleaning’s managing director Jean-Henri Beukes will join Ecocleen’s team as commercial director.
