Ecolab Acquires Holchem

Ecolab, Inc. has acquired Holchem Group Ltd.

Ecolab’s purchase of the Bury, England-based supplier of hygiene and cleaning products and services expands the company’s product offerings and customer portfolio in the United Kingdom. Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to be finalized early next year, were not disclosed.
