Ecolab Acquires Livestock Hygiene Solutions Provider

Ecolab Inc. has purchased livestock biosecurity and hygiene solutions provider CID Lines.
Ecolab’s acquisition of the Ypres, Belgium-based provider of cleaning, disinfectant, and hygiene solutions increases the company’s product offerings and customer base. CID Lines serves more than 300,000 farms in over 100 countries. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory clearances and is anticipated to be finalized later this year.
