Ecolab Completes Purchase of Laboratoires Anios

Ecolab, Inc. has completed its purchase of Laboratoires Anios S.A.
Ecolab announced its purchase of the French hygiene and disinfectant solutions manufacturer in June 2016. The acquisition expands Ecolab’s product offerings in the health care and food service sectors. Financial terms of the transaction were not revealed.
