Ecolab Finalizes Purchase of Bioquell

Ecolab, Inc. has completed its purchase of Bioquell Plc, a provider of hydrogen peroxide vaper bio-decontamination systems and services for the life sciences and health care industries.
The US$178 million transaction was announced in November 2018. The purchase expands Ecolab’s product offerings and client portfolio in Europe.
