Ecolab Issues Quarterly Dividend

Ecolab Inc. has announced a quarterly dividend on its common stock of US$0.46 per share.
The dividend is payable October 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business September 17. Ecolab has paid a dividend to shareholders without interruption for 82 consecutive years.
