Ecolab Purchases Gallay Medical

Ecolab Inc. has acquired Gallay Medical & Scientific.
Ecolab’s purchase of the Melbourne, Australia-based distributor of medical, dental, and pharmaceutical solutions increases the company’s product portfolio and geographical footprint in Australia and New Zeeland. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
