Essendant Divests Industrial Products Division
October 21, 2019Essendant has sold its industrial products business to private equity firm One Equity Partners (OEP).
The deal includes Essendant’s ORS Nasco, Medco, and Nestor brands, which will now be known collectively as ORS MEDCO. The firm will operate as an independent company led by Chris Kempa, OPI reports. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced.
