Firmenich Finalizes Acquisition of Agilex
July 11, 2017Geneva, Switzerland-based Firmenich SA has finalized its purchase of Agilex Fragrances.
Per the terms of the acquisition, announced last month, Agilex will operate as a stand-alone business. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
