GDI Purchases IH Services

GDI Services LP. has acquired IH Services Inc. for an undisclosed sum.

GDI made the purchase through its U.S. subsidiary GDI Integrated Facility Services USA Inc. The acquisition of Greenville, South Carolina-based IH, which has nearly 8,000 employees, greatly expands GDI’s presence and customer portfolio in the Southeastern U.S.
