Grainger Announces Quarterly Dividend Payout

W.W. Grainger Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of US$1.53 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$6.12 annualized with a yield of 1.63%―is payable December 1 to shareholders of record at the close of business November 9. Grainger has paid an increased dividend to shareholders without interruption for 48 consecutive years.
