Grainger Reports 2nd-Quarter Sales Increase

W.W. Grainger Inc. has reported second-quarter sales of US$2.9 billion, an increase of 1 percent year-over-year.
Grainger’s reported operating earnings for the quarter were $380 million, up 10 percent compared to the same time period last year. The company’s earnings per share were $4.67, a 12 percent increase from the second quarter of 2018.
