Grainger Shareholders Elect Board of Directors

W.W. Grainger Inc. hosted a virtual version of the company’s annual shareholders’ meeting earlier this week and named 13 individuals to the company’s board of directors.
The 13 directors elected to Grainger’s board include:
- Rodney C. Adkins
- Beatriz R. Perez
- Brian P. Anderson
- Michael J. Roberts
- Ann Hailey
- Scott Santi
- Katherine D. Jaspon
- Susan Slavik Williams
- Stuart L. Levenick
- Lucas E. Watson
- DG Macpherson
- Steven A. White
- Neil S. Novich.
In addition, Grainger shareholders appointed Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s independent auditor for 2021.
