Grainger to Open New Customer Service Center

W.W. Grainger Inc. has announced plans to expand its customer service capabilities.
Grainger will open a new customer service center at its Lake County, Illinois, headquarters. The expanded facility will allow Grainger to add an additional 100 new representatives who will take and process orders over the phone and electronically via chat and email.
“Throughout the pandemic, our team rose to the challenge of serving as a trusted partner at a time when our customers needed us most,” said Nadalie Bosse, Grainger vice president of North America customer service centers. “With this expansion, we’ll continue to focus on serving our customers better than anyone else.”
