Hydro Systems Expands Product Offerings
July 13, 2021Pump Solutions Group® (PSG), an operating company of Dover Corp., has completed its acquisition of Dositec Sistemas.
Hydro Systems Co., a division of PSG, previously served as an exclusive supplier of Dositec in North America. The purchase expands Hydro Systems’ offerings of dispensing systems for laundry, foodservice, and commercial cleaning operations. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“This acquisition clearly strengthens PSG and Hydro because it enhances our product development capabilities and enables us to support more customers around the world,” added John Goetz, Hydro Systems global product manager. “We are excited for the future of the Dositec product line, which will simplify and improve the laundry process.”
