Image One Celebrates 10th Anniversary

The commercial cleaning franchisor was founded by Tim Conn and Mike Schuchman in 2011. The company has seen nationwide growth during the past decade, which it credits to a focus on consumer-facing and franchisee-facing technology along with franchisee training and support.
In celebration of its anniversary, Conn announced Image One will roll back its franchise fee to US$29,750, or what it was when the company first launched. The offer is good to the first ten franchises that sign on in 2021. Additionally, Image One will match its marketing contributions to those 10 franchises at 50%of their spend.
“We’ve had a strong first decade in franchising, and in a year when hardworking, determined Americans have been hit with adversity unseen in years past, Image One recognized there would be no better way to celebrate than by giving back with a deeply reduced franchise fee,” said Conn.
