Imperial Dade has acquired Butler-Dearden Paper Service, Inc.
Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Boylston, MA-based paper and packaging distributor strengthens the company’s client portfolio and geographical footprint in the New England market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
