Imperial Dade Announces Latest Acquisitions
December 29, 2020Imperial Dade acquired two companies last week—Paper Chemical Supply Company and Jackson Newell Paper Company.
Paper Chemical Supply Company was Imperial Dade’s 30th acquisition under the leadership of Robert Tillis, CEO, and Jason Tillis, president. Jackson Newell Paper Company was the company’s 31st acquisition.
Financial details were not released on either of the transactions.
Paper Chemical is a leading distributor with 60 distribution centers across the country including Savannah and Charleston, Georgia, which will strengthen Imperial Dade’s existing presence in the Southeast.

Jackson Newell operates 67 facilities across the country, including Mississippi.
