December 29, 2020 Imperial Dade Announces Latest Acquisitions

Imperial Dade acquired two companies last week—Paper Chemical Supply Company and Jackson Newell Paper Company.

Paper Chemical Supply Company was Imperial Dade’s 30th acquisition under the leadership of Robert Tillis, CEO, and Jason Tillis, president. Jackson Newell Paper Company was the company’s 31st acquisition.

Financial details were not released on either of the transactions.

Paper Chemical is a leading distributor with 60 distribution centers across the country including Savannah and Charleston, Georgia, which will strengthen Imperial Dade’s existing presence in the Southeast.

“Paper Chemical’s commitment to customer service aligns well with Imperial Dade’s philosophy and values,” said Jason Tillis. “I am excited for the opportunity to partner with their team to further grow our business and continue to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our customers.”

Jackson Newell operates 67 facilities across the country, including Mississippi.

“Jackson Newell’s storied history in the industry and exceptional customer service make it a great addition to the Imperial Dade platform,” said Robert Tillis.

“The acquisition of Jackson Newell provides us a foothold in the large and growing Mississippi market which is key as we expand geographically and grow nationally with our customers,” said Jason Tillis.
