Imperial Dade Purchases Great Southwest Paper

Imperial Dade has acquired Great Southwest Paper Company Inc.
The purchase of the Houston-based distributor of janitorial and packaging products expands Imperial Dade’s footprint in Texas and represents the 29th acquisition for the company under the current leadership, including the procurement of P&R Paper announced earlier this year. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
