Imperial Dade Purchases Western Paper

Imperial Dade has acquired Western Paper Distributors Inc.
Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Colorado-based Western Paper expands the company’s geographical footprint and client portfolio in the western United States. Western Paper is the 38th acquisition for the company under its current leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Imperial Dade CEO and president, respectively. Financial details of the private transaction were not announced.
“The legacy we have built here at Western will provide a great foundation for growth in our region as we join with Imperial Dade. Under Bob [Robert Tillis] & Jason’s [Tillis] leadership, we will be able to continue to provide exceptional customer service while accelerating the growth we have experienced in recent years,” said Nick Morris, Western Paper CEO.
