Indiana University Fraternity Hit by Norovirus Outbreak

March 30, 2018

A majority of the members of an unnamed fraternity house at Indiana University have become ill with a gastrointestinal virus.

Fifty of the fraternity’s 52 members have been diagnosed with the illness in the past week, which health officials say appears to be norovirus. School administration has ordered the fraternity to cancel any upcoming events and members are advised to not return to school or work until they no longer display symptoms of the virus.
