Industry Loses Mulberry Founder
June 18, 2018Christopher Klopper, CEO and founder of Mulberry Marketing Communications Ltd., passed away June 17.
A graduate of the University of the Arts London’s College of Printing, Klopper founded the public relations and marketing communications consultancy firm in 1995. Under his leadership, Mulberry grew from a two-person startup to an international organization with seven offices on four continents. Over the years Mulberry has represented or worked with many firms within the cleaning industry including ISSA, Diversey, Cintas Corp., Rubbermaid Commercial Products, and many more.
“[Chris] Klopper was an outstanding industry expert, valued advisor, and a personal friend to many of us at ISSA,” said Dianna Steinbach, ISSA international service vice president. “Klopper’s passing leaves a hole in the global cleaning community that will not be filled. As a testament to his brilliance, his legacy lives on in the dedicated team he assembled at Mulberry, who will carry on his work and continue to support the industry in a way in which he would be very proud. The ISSA family shares their deepest condolences with his family at this time.”
